    That's a good find. I hope it comes to affect them. "Although the city owns Yankee Stadium, the team's ticket sales are used as security for $1.2 billion in tax-exempt stadium bonds." That right there is a killer. Only worth 1.2bil without YES...that hefty luxury tax is now looming.

    Also - I thought I should add, I waited on Mike Cameron at the restaurant I work at a few days ago. Very bizarre experience.

    I liked the Mike Cameron before the season started, but he has not been on the field enough. I would have loved to have Alex Gonzalez around, I wish we had signed him to a long term deal when we had him. Seems like the list goes on forever of SS's we have let go for either justified or non-justified reasons...Agon's worth that six mil this year for sure.

    One play this season sticks out to me - it was against Oakland and that they ended up losing 9-8. Actually I'm pretty sure Wakefield started it, too - but I couldn't believe Bogar sent Victor Martinez home from first base. It was an absolutely ridiculous call, especially with Victor coming off that toe injury, and even worse, there was no outs.

    I think Varitek and Wakefield will both have roles on the coaching staff once they retire. I also think they should try to convince Mike Stanley to come back.

    John Lackey is at the top of my list. I agree with the Youker. This is also due to the Fantasy stress he's caused me this year... Also - Okajima. Despite the success he's had in the past, I can't get over the fact that he doesn't even look at his catcher as he throws his pitches. It's bizarre to me, not a fan.

    Wouldn't have minded Dejesus on the Sox. Not now with the right thumb surgury he's getting...was this the play you're talking about?

    "Get a catcher Move VMart to first Move Youk to third Get Carl Crawford Get a top lefty for the pen" Couldn't agree more with this. I've wanted Crawford for a while now, I think he'd be great in a Sox uniform. I would add though, I think it's time for Bard to step into the closer's role. Get what we can for Papelbon.
