I don't think firing Franconna is the answer, but he certainly hasn't has a great start to the season. Theres been a few times already when I would of thought about pinch hitting for Ortiz (vs Marte 2-14 doesn't lie) When Cameron/Drew/ came up late in the game in game 2 and 3. He has used the pen terrible so far. Swsiher was 0-2 off Schoenweis but 1-2 with a home run against Bard and you bring Bard in? How is that smart?

Who cares what Joe West thinks he is a terrible umpire, and last I checked he was getting paid to Ump not to complain about how long games take. I am sure the MLB Office isn't very happy with West speaking out in this manner.
