    Uehara had a chance to come to MLB back in 1999 or something. The Angels were very interested in him. I believe Koji didn't make the cut with any professional team in Japan. Now many years later, he is dynamite. Has a sub 1 WHIP and the best K/BB in the history of MLB. Yes I would love it if he been with us for 20 years closing out games.
