Where did I say the park has no effect? I said 22 intentional walks, smart ass. Your not accounting for when he is "pitched around" or "unintentionally intentionally walked"

That is not true. He was consistently pitched around because of how bad his lineup was, seriously, he was in worst lineup in baseball. THEY GOT NO HIT BY JONATHAN f***ING SANCHEZ!

But his lineup was shittier, so he was the 2nd most pitched around hitter in the MLB last year, the park isn't an excuse in this instance.

Here is my point, Im not saying playing in FENWAY WONT GO UP. But how can you say Youk "WOULDN'T produce in the 3 hole and Gonzalez will? Youk will most certainly produce and get on base, Gonzalez would too, WHICH IS MY POINT, it would be a fanastic lineup from 1-9.

Gonzalez was 2nd in the league in intentional walks to Pujols. Thats pretty clear he was pitched around, he was also intentionally walked with no on base twice last year.

How about this. Gonzalez has no protection, he is basically pitched around, therefore his OBP should be higher then Youks and it is not. Im not saying Youk IS BETTER, im saying whoever hits out of 3 hole and 5 hole will PRODUCE, this would be one of deepest sox lineups in a while, we would finally have back the ORTIZ/MANNY line 3/4 combo and on top of that we would have amazing #5
