that was me because i think that if we go in with only Lowrie he will get some time. he is really good defensively and he plays 2nd and 3rd also. he could fill a Alex Cora role for the first year. not as a starter. but i think it won't happen because the will hopefully sign a SS

Maybe i think it will be a tight race if we keep the roster we have. If we get Adrian or Felix they will be the top sellers.

ARe we a better team with Buchholz or Bard? yes. If we had Felix or Gonzo we would be better but without any of them we would not be as good.

One baseball rumor about Lowell is that in Spring Training he will be working at firstbase. Also Drew had surgery.

Could this be a sign that number 23 is open for Adrian Gonzalez. I am just speculating on the second part but it could be a possibility.

He is on the 40 man roster, according to Redsox.com and on Soxprospects.com, so he could be seen on the Sox as early as next seasoon as a September call-up or even in Spring Training. http://www.soxprospects.com/players/iglesias-jose.htm this says that he is comparable to Orlando Cabrera. Hitting is a question mark and his fielding is amazing. it says possible gold glove SS.

i think that Pettitte should be taken off because he left. It would be like if the mets got Roger Clemens back. Or the Sox getting Ramirez.
