  1. Offensively: 2009 Defensively: 2010 Rotation: 2010 Bullpen: 2010 (I really hate Saito in the Pen.) Overall i love the upgrades in they did this offseason and are more excited than last year.
  2. Minnesota is really good at Hockey.
  3. thats why i said others to.
  4. He was the original topic which hence has moved on to players who didn't play well in the minors but did well in the majors. But as I have said before Cervelli can learn from Posada to be a better catcher and other players to be a better hitter and the batting coach can help him. Could be Discipline or other things.
  5. How about this player as significant improvement from the Minors. .305/ .369/ .487/ .857 MLB .281/ .316/ .403/ .719 MiLB
  6. I never said that it was gonna be a great improvement but will improve. Not going from being a 200 hitter to a 350 hitter but being that 200 hitter and getting a few more base knocks.
  7. His Defense and Offense. He will become a smarter catcher.
  8. Again i never said he was going to be a starter or an all-star. I said he is a back-up but i said he will improve.
  9. 20 points on BA. and 60. points on the OPS thats not significant or anything. But he wasn't the best player in the minors. Are we 100% sure that Cervelli is done developing. maybe he is a late bloomer to.
  10. Jason Varitek. .259/.344/.435/.779 MLB this includes his last two horrid seasons .247/ .339/.400/.739 THis is without those two seasons. .267/ .350/ .447/.797
  11. I like this one although i would rather have Drew ahead of Cameron but i like it either way.
  12. Some players don't perform at lower levels and blossom at the MLB level. It was the size of his swing because of his size in general.
  13. I was giving an example to how Scouting reports can be wrong. Did you read the post.
  14. Um except that he was supposed to go much higher in the draft and not even be close to the Sox.
  15. He could have a .699 OPS that is improving. lol. Stats aren't what the real improvements I am only talking about. Also if he has a hole in his swing he could be taught how to fix it and improve.
  16. I never said he was gonna be an all-star but i said he is going to improve over last year. But if he has a hole in his swing a MLB batting coach maybe able to fix it over that of a minor league batting coach. BTW, I never said that he was gonna get an OPS over .700 but what I did say that IMO, he is going to improve over last year. If players didn't learn from coaches then they wouldn't need a farm system. I understand that you say that he is the best that he is but we will wait and see what happens next year.
  17. I never said that it was just Posada that was gonna help him.
