Holy hell, lol, that is a really damn good memory. I think everyone is going to make some mistakes while coaching over a long period of time. With that said, sometimes your players have to pick you up IMO. We can always put the blame on the managers, but sometimes it needs to go on the players. But I do hear what you are saying.

Oh yeah, ESPN tonight, right?? Hey, if you have Direct TV, they have the MLB channel and they have been playing a lot of games lately. I am almost sure they are playing the Sox vs. Angels tomorrow.

I might agree with the pitching, just maybe, but a "somewhat better lineup?" I don't think I can agree with that.. Manny and Ortiz might end up in the top 3 all time.

Did anyone catch the play the Padres catcher (Hundley) made?? That was pretty damn awesome and I would have to put that up with one of the best of the year.
