    If I would you, I would hit the gym and do a lot of muscle build up where you are having the flare ups and I will tell you know, that will help so much. The lower back is the worst body part to f*** with so I could not even imagine. And also just like you said, do a s*** load of stretches you can do on the lower back before you play. That should help a lot.

    When you are in the on-deck circle, all you do is stretch a little bit and find your timing watching the Oh man, no you don't. You STRETCH! You do not need to swing at full force to do that. Now maybe it is a little different from what I know, but when I teach my kids, we do not take full swings at all. All we do is get in their batting stance and find their timing with a step. That is it. Now with all this said, Baseball could be a little different because I grow up playing fastpitch softball and that is what I do now. Play and teach. It got me thinking that I have never really played baseball much so it could be way different. So sorry, you are probably right. That is just something I would never teach.

    See Dipre, Example1 said the same damn thing somewhere on here apparently. It does not take much to realize what Tito was doing. That might be one of the smart things Tito as done lately.

    Where did I get that from... Well let me think….. I got that from logic, thank you. Tito would have never let Youk hit for two HUGE reasons. First, Youk was hurt. Second, if Youk got hurt even worse, that would just about end the season. So again, it is called COMMON SENSE. And yes, by my logic, AGon would have hit. Maybe you have a really short memory, but do you remember that Angels game three nights ago????? Oh yeah, I believe that was AGon that hit in the winning run. So yes, AGon would have hit. He proved two nights earlier he could do it.

    If that happened, the Sox would not win the division. You guys just need to do anything to not get swept by the Angels. That would kill you guys.
