Your assumption is way off. He just helped me realise what I already pretty much knew.
Is advice from a stranger any less meaningful if it is good advice or you can take something from it to make it useful at least?
Why because I rationally came to a decision and agreed with you? Sound, if you like.
Let me guess though, you're still not taking the piss right? :dunno:
Fair enough.
You were right though. I will never know the joy of being a sox fan at the pinnacle of their greatness and for that reason they shouldn't be my team. I have a great respect for the team and I will always cheer for them against the Yankees but that isn't enough. Your reasoning may have been spurious but I can't deny that overall your conclusion was irrefutable. Thanks for that, you saved me some time and once again, thanks for replying at all.
For what it is worth I've decided to follow the Nationals so I can be a part of something from the beginning with them having to my knowledge not won a thing.
The games I can watch I do watch, I think it is important though to understand a team's history, not live it though as that's impossible.
I would look fantabulous in a pink hat though. As Alfie said, real men don't fear pink....
I can't see that being deliberate. I think the tactic was to take him off his stride and that ball just got away.
Would it be fair to say that hitting people in the head is becoming more prevelant? Do you think there will be any repurcussions to the rules even if this continues?
