  1. Tim Howard does a pretty good job at Everton though, he's a good keeper.
  2. A red mate, yourself?
  3. Nice by Pedroia going for second, need to see more of that.
  4. Hi guys, When the players where just listed what does .300 mean? Apologies for such a newbie question!
  5. I thought Toronto where going to sneak a win in that game, some nice pitching by them at times. I tell you what though, if I'd of taken that pitch to the elbow it'd of taken a lot longer for me to get off the ground. OUCH!!
  6. Thanks for the offer, I'll definitely be doing that  It's all the stats that baffle me the most if I'm honest, I don't have a clue where to start when it comes to them. I'll try to be here tonight at game time. The games at Wembley are very successful, it's been a sell out for the past 3 years if I'm not mistaken. The NFL has a big fanbase over here, more so than Baseball, even I was shocked at the size of it. Stevie Gerrard is a massive legend every single one of my Liverpool Jersey's has his name on it.
  7. If i remember correctly they finished around 14th last season, I can't see them finishing much higher especially with losing Glen Johnson to Liverpool.
  8. Do you get to watch many Premier League games, does ESPN show any at all? I'm guessing you'll get the big games, Champions League final 2005, FA Cup Final 2006 etc.
  9. I organized a Super Bowl party in a Bar in Liverpool City centre February just gone. Three lads from Boston turned up (all Fulham fans) and mentioned something about Boston having an Official Liverpool Supporters Club. It was called the Phoenix if I remember correctly.
  10. I do mate, I'm a big Patriots fan. I'll be going to my first live game this year in October when they come to London to play The Buccaneers at Wembley and I'll hopefully be visiting Boston next year to see them at Gillette.
  11. Liverpool Fan here, I'm from Liverpool so i guess it was inevitable . Hopefully we can go one step closer this year and take the title, I'm not confident though i have to say. @CrespoBlows I can't see Backburn finishing in the top 6, Sante Cruz is a big loss. The top 6 will probably be (in no particular order): Liverpool Man United Chelsea Arsenal Man City Everton
  12. I'd watched a couple of movies with Baseball in and it looked like an interesting game, plus I have quite a lot of friends who like the game (mostly Red Sox fans). Now I have the MLB.TV I'll be watching as much as i possibly can. Just need to find more access to the NHL and NBA now. Just from watching the Yankees series last week my favourite player is Ellsbury, I'd love a Red Sox jersey with his name on it but they are quite expensive to get shipped over here etc.
  13. Hi guys and girls, I have been a fan of the Red Sox for a couple of years now, mainly due to the fact that I'm a Patriots fan so follow all the Boston teams. I haven't had much chance to watch any Baseball games so even after two years I know very little about the rules. Last week I purchased the MLB.TV HD package just in time to see the series against the Yankees, so now I've got more access to Baseball I'll hopefully pick up the rules. So yeah that's me
