whatever dude Theo has been the best GM in baseball since we hired him, im not saying he doesnt have his flaws and his mistakes but since he got here he has put together great teams and done a hell of a job, I dont think their is much of an argument other wise. oh and ROCCCOOOO!!!!!

regarding the comments on obtaining Vlad, all I have to say is no, he cant play the field and swings at everything, and I think because of that when his bat speed inevitably starts to tumble his numbers wont just drop a little like most aging sluggers i think his numbers will plummet due to how many bad pitches he swings at.

I agree with this. I by no means dislike Tito, I think he is a better manager than people give him credit for, and I don't see why some people dislike him so much.

to me comparing Tito to LaRussa is unfair, its very similar to comparing Bay to Manny, of course Manny (LaRussa) is better IMO but does that make Bay (tito) a bad player? absolutely not.

I agree, but I think people give too much credit to the manager, not to mention Im not worried about what Tito did with another team, with this team he has been very successful. are there better managers out there? sure, but how much do they really do for the team? I think the GM and the Scouts are all more important A manager in baseball affects the team and the game less than any other proffesional coach, I just think that people bash Tito as being awful and I dont think he is an awful manager, he may not be a great manager but I certainly dont think he is awful.

Thats because people like me judge on results, and I see 2WS and 4 play off apperances in 5 years, that is a success to me, I dont care how we get there as much as I care about just getting there.

Bard seems to impress me more everytime I see him pitch, he has the potential to be far better than Paps, Im not on the "get rid of Paps" wagon Im just saying the kid is going to be absolutely Lethal here in the next few years. -
