AmalieBenjamin--Ortiz had 3 containers of food (plantains, eggs, salami) from Rodney today Tradition among the DR players to feed guys on the road. ...frankly, I think Ortiz's swing might benefit from a bit less food.

Wasn't Eck saying last night "I dunno why Youk's so mad" about being injured last night? My thought was that Youk was going "DAMN DAMN DAMN not injured/miss games AGAIN..." that kind of thing. Hope he's ok. :/

So I turned the game off the enjoy dinner w/my mum, thinking there was no way we'd lose that game...then I watched the last bit later, and shook my head. We didn't lose, but only because of the 6-run inning...and that error filled inning was kinda embarrassing. I mean, you expect some fielding errors from Green/Lugo, but the others? Oh well...we still won...and I still like the new early lineup. Wait...Ortiz isn't in that lineup for today. Did they finally drop him? (edit - read the Extra Bases...lefty/right crap again)
