  1. Ha ha ha ha! I honestly don't remember this guy. When did he have his cup of coffee? I answered my own question. With the Sox 1973-1975.
  2. 4 hits? That's it? Weak-ass effort.
  3. It's so nice to see comradeship.
  4. League is still goofy looking.
  5. Glad you're enjoying yourself.
  6. Six more outs to score one run. Get it done!
  7. Have some shine and relax. Sox will come up big. I hope.
  8. Lugo would have had it! LOL!!!!
  9. I'm not a gambling man. It's only the 6th. Still some ball to be played.
  10. Oh f***. 3-3. Adam f***in' Lynn (sp).
  11. Oh f***! On the knee. Shoot him up!
  12. This thread is for anyone motivated to suggest a Major League player whose name is remarkable. They don't have to have been a prolific talent, just "nameworthy". Feel free to add any relevant stories you may have about the player. I'll start by suggesting CoCo Laboy (Montreal 3rd baseman).
  13. Oh cool. My second thread!
  14. I believe we may witness the genesis of a new TalkSox thread: The Hall Of Name thread! I'll start it if you'd all like.
  15. Or CoCo Laboy! (Montreal 3rd baseman in the '70s).
  16. He should be inducted into the TalkSox Hall Of Name!
  17. He's been silent so far this season against the Sox, but Rios is a Red Sox Killer. Not to the extent of Wells. But he can do damage. I don't have data to back this up. Only subjective observations.
  18. I think Wells was fun to watch. Plus he had a gut like mine! Still, the list is not very impressive.
