I probably ate at some of those places. I did have some very good food. Just not with the regularity that I was expecting. The smaller places like "Le Petit Pousan" were my favorites. I stayed in old town within the wall.

Uh-oh. The self proclaimed 5 star gastronomy of Quebec. I sampled as much of it as I could while in Quebec City for a week. Sorry Dutch. I've had better food in Delaware.
