    Bradley is not THE reason why the Sox are losing so much. If the Vets were performing up to their career norms I suspect few people would complain about JBJ.

    Honestly I thought the Yankees would be about where the Sox are now. Got to give them some credit, though. They had been doing better than what I had expected.

    The Yankees seem to be doing much better than I thought possible at the start of the year. Hal recently stated that he will spend whatever he has to in an effort to win this year. Like Father, like Son, I guess. I'm sure that they will go out and buy some names to bolster their lineup. I only hope that the Sox FO does something to help get this team pointed back in the right direction soon.

    Anything can happen. As a Sox fan for life, I have not given up on the idea of this team playing competitive ball and possibly making the playoffs. Things are not so peachy on this team right now. GO SOX!

    Napoli has the flu ( or had it? ). Time for everyone else to suck it up ( sorry for the unfortunate choice of words ). These are major league players. Time to earn their salaries.

    Th Boston media is stirring up crap trying to point the finger at individual players. Idiot Tomassi says AJ is blaming others for his shortcomings and mistakes. Typical. There is plenty of blame to go around. Who the hell cares!!! Just start winning!!!

    I have over 48 years of never losing hope that the Red Sox will win. I've lowered my expectations for this year. I just hope to see them win about half of their games. That should be a realistic goal, shouldn't it?

    Sizemore was a good story but he has not worked out. I say move on. This team has enough dead weight now as it is. At least Sizemore will not represent a large monetary loss. Maybe Nava will never hit .302 again. Maybe he will hit only .240 or so. At least he plays a decent left field at Fenway and looks at a bunch of pitches. I say bring him back up and make some moves that involve outside talent.

    I'm probably the last person to ever want to criticize John Farrell. However, why did he not sent Herrera into pinch run for AJ? That would seem to have made sense. As it turned out AJ was out at second on the FC. On the bright side, Price is having an off year for him so maybe the Sox can get something going Saturday.

    That blew goats. 8 loses in a row is just not believable. Can't this team hit at all? In this 8 game stretch the Sox have hit .220, scored 16 runs, and have struck out 64 times. Maybe I'm just old but I can't seem to remember such offensive futility. I really hope that the FO is making some phone calls looking for at least one bat. Not sure who it could be or what it would could cost. I just hope that they do something proactive to try to make this season worth watching. The real danger here is that the Sox may be establishing a losing culture. If that happens things will get even uglier and possibly nasty.

    Good evening all! I have always wanted to go to the Trop so I could see the Sox play there. I know, it's not such a great place to see a game but it would be dry and different. Plus my second favorite team has been the DEVIL Rays for many years. GO SOX!

    I have to think that Ben is working on getting help. This team just does not do all of the things needed to win consistently. Grabbing Drew was a nice start but more needs to be done. Get a RH outfielder and RH starting pitcher. Give up some of those gold chips and get what is need to win now.
