  1. Let's arm wrestle for it! We should probly try PM'ing everyone just to let them know there is a vote.
  2. Agreed. Take your time. Maybe I'll get mine in by tomorrow night.
  3. A freakin' DT just stole a TD away from Charles and Jones
  4. LOL Knicks!
  5. Really? I don't think so. Using Smith on Dirk would be the right move. He is so athletic he can defend him on the perimeter. It wouldn't make much sense asking Bogut to move from the paint where he is a beast.
  6. I think they should just wait until he's a free agent. What other teams realistically have the ability to sign him and have a need for a 1B like Gonzalez?
  7. Trading for Hanley would be the best move this team could make.
  8. Yeah, kinda does actually. It would be nice to devote just a little time to it since we took so long to go through the draft process.
  9. No thanks on Tejada. There are just too many 1B options on the market for them to have to settle for Tejada at 3B. Sliding Youk over and signing a 1B is their best bet. It's going to be a s*** 2011 season if they don't upgrade their pen too.
  10. I'm going with Ital in a close one. The 3 years down the line projections really come into play on this match up. The main players affected by this negatively are Nash and Dirk. Dirk isn't quite as old and doesn't play defense anyway so I think the decline isn't as harsh on him. Rondo is the perfect point guard for Ital's squad. He won't have a problem letting Wade, Dirk, and Gay jack up as many shots as they want. 3 years from now, Nash will be 40 years old and is already at a huge disadvantage against the elite speed and defense of Rondo. JBay clearly dominates this match up at the center position. Griffin is going to be a good offensive talent but the guy isn't much of a defender. JBay gets the nod for overall team defense. Bench, I would give the slight edge to Ital. I wasn't as big of a fan with JBay's team as the rest of this league but JBay matches up really well here. I might have voted the other way if he had a better PG. Nash at 40 years old and Jennings just doesn't do it for me. Not a big fan of Jennings for a lot of reasons.
  11. Bay received $69MM guaranteed. If he reaches a very attainable incentive he could end up making $83MM over 5 years. I just don't see how Werth doesn't beat Bay's contract. Drew was signed 4 years ago.
  12. No thanks. Really don't have a need for them. I bought a plow a couple years back.
  13. Werth is going to get more than $70MM. That's a no brainer.
  14. I think the report that Jeter wants $150MM is ********.
  15. http://i38.tinypic.com/ekkfpe.png
  16. He's not worth worrying about. Just another guy for them to play at AAA.
  17. Screw it. I'm 100% sure nobody is going to claim a center of the wire so I'm making my change. Dropping Olin Kreutz. Picking up Eugene Amano - C Kreutz was too old for this type of draft and I picked him just because I knew of his past success. After I took some time to research the leagues centers I'm happy to have found Amano. He's a pretty good center for the very good Tennessee Titans offensive line.
  18. I think that's a good idea.
  19. Really? Publicly calling out Jeter like they have been is a disgrace. There's no need to air this stuff out in the media. I just don't get it. They are looking like the Red Sox with these negotiations.
