  1. Nice to see Bailey finally do something positive.
  2. I don't think so. By the time he made it to the ball he was coming into contact with the wall so it would have been a very good play if he could have brought it in.
  3. Pretty good at bat right there.
  4. That fastball looks great so far! Woah
  5. Went with Carlos Beltran because he does it all. Plays elite defense at an extremely important position, he gets on base, hits for power and steals bags efficiently. Only draw back is he just turned 32 last month I believe. Minor note for Kilo: On the players picked page you spelled Davis' name wrong. Figured I would let you know in case someone does a search on him.
  6. Carlos Beltran - CF
  7. Soria is very good. Hopefully his shoulder problems right now is nothing more than fatigue.
  8. Went with the 23 year old power hitting first baseman Chris Davis. He's not going to hit for a very high average but he's going to hit the **** out of the ball. Has a very good chance to be one of the few guys who can hit 50 hr's in the next 5 years. Should be able to reduce his very high strikeout numbers in time.
  9. Chris Davis - 1B Texas Rangers
  10. I was very pleased to see Hobbs get traded. Couldn't stand the guy.
  11. Goals galore right now in Chicago.
  12. Alright. Btw, thanks for submitting my last few picks for me. Not having the net for almost 2 weeks sucked.
  13. I haven't been able to read all the posts in this topic the last week and a half, has the time limit changed?
  14. I don't know about. A catcher that plays as often as Martin does makes that high average for a catcher even more valuable.
  15. Napoli is not a better overall hitter than Martin. He obviously has more power but Martin will have a much better average. Thing about Napoli is, he can never stay healthy and has a bad shoulder. That's only going to hurt his below average defensive abilities. It is nice to get 20 homers from a catcher though.
  16. Adam Dunn does not appreciate those comments.
  17. Welcome. Just joined up not too long ago myself.
  18. Depth is the strength of this Bruins team.
