    Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports David Hamilton will join the Red Sox ahead of Wednesday's game against the Twins. Hamilton will link up with the Red Sox in Minnesota in case utility infielder Pablo Reyes winds up requiring a trip to the injured list due to right abdominal soreness.
