    If he wasn't chasing the record, he could be traded for at least 3 young players. The Giants farm system is a barren wasteland. Lincecum is the only player worth speaking of. If he breaks the record before the deadline, they better trade him if they want to make the playoffs anytime in the next 5 years. Hell yes he is hurting the team.

    It's Beltran that is no where near deserving in the OF. Lineup should be: Reyes Utley Bonds Griffey Holliday Fielder Wright Martin But that really stacks the lefties at the top of the order. Bonds will be out after the required 3 innings. Should be replaced by Soriano which would even things out. Beltran doesn't even belong on the roster. EDIT: 4-2 NL EDIT: NL 40-35-2 vs. AL in Allstar games.

    Schilling certainly looks stupid now for putting Rios in italics. Only two in the final round, but I'd like to make it known that I'm the only person to vote for this kid. He even plays in the AL East for chrissakes.
