  1. Paps strikes out the side for the save! :papelbon:
  2. Holy s*** it's Keith Foulke. Is he following in Roger Clemens's retiring footsteps?
  3. Small keyboards suck.
  4. Very decent start by Matsuzaka tonight, I'm really impressed with his pitching. He fanned 8 in 7.2 innings and gave up that 1 run by Cust in the 2nd. He's really looking good so far. I think Tito made the right choice to bring Oki in to retire Cust also. That should keep us the lead.
  5. When? I must have missed that, s***. Well anyway, Delcarmen/Papelbon should suffice for an April game.
  6. Tek got screwed on that one.
  7. Well regardless of Dice-K's pitching, a win is a win. Let's see what Lester can pull off tomorrow.
  8. Thank God I'm off tomorrow. And I have to f***ing wake up at 5am to see it. But it's worth it.
  9. QUICK!!!!!! http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj69/ccspixs/l_ea976174b5c74a6dee01aaaa6b8f0b69.jpg
  10. But I wasn't trying to defend anything. I was just explaining something to 26, wasn't trying to help him.
  11. Watch they sign Charlie Sheen to a 4 year/$52 Million contract next and throw him into the rotation.
  12. http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/news?slug=ap-yankees-crystal&prov=ap&type=lgns I see little Steinbrenner is following his father's footsteps. Sign as many old people as possible.
  13. http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/news?slug=ap-redsox-becketthurt&prov=ap&type=lgns Just plain back spasms maybe? Pulled muscle? Hopefully nothing serious, especially this close to the start of the season.
  14. I'm sure this won't be the first time Clemens has has two or more balls on him.
  15. Apparently little Steinny hasn't traveled too far from New York City, yet alone Yankee Stadium... He should come down here. You'd be surprised the amount of Red Sox fans that are here. Regardless I'm sure most of them are on the bandwagon, but theres others that I've known since I was a kid. There's this one bar and grill I frequent, been going there since I was a kid, the owner is a transplanted Bostonian (is that right? Bostonian?) And pretty much made his place's atmosphere around the Red Sox. Autographed pictures, putting games on the tv at the bar, etc. Slowly but surely as the years went by, the fanship grew. And even thought I like seeing fans of Red Sox, I do think the term "Red Sox Nation" is a bit overdone and outdated.
