    I give him credit for wanting to help a losing team improve. A lot of players will only sign with a team that has a chance to get to the World Series.

    Yeah, because it's so much better to have a pitcher on your team that's been "injured" through most of his contract than one who goes out there and pitches his heart out every start. Man.

    I don't think Wednesday's game is gonna be moved. Dice-K's Fenway debut is on ESPN in prime time.

    I'm excited with Dice-K's performance yesterday. I'll take that over Pettitte's performance of last night any day of the week.

    I agree with your assessment of the Rays. They CAN hit. I live in FL and most days that's all the baseball I get, so I watch them a lot. I thought Pettitte looked bad last night. It looked like he was having trouble reading Posada's signs and just looked lost out there.

    Not my first baseball memory, but it was funny. I can't remember if it was a WS game or an AllStar game, but I remember Luis Tiant was a runner at third base and he was seriously trying to steal home.

    I don't know, I think the whole thing is kinda fishy. They're together for 3 years and she never gets pregnant. Then she tells him she wants to get married, settle down and have kids. That's not what he wants so he breaks up with her. Then surprise! She's pregnant.
