    Tex is definitely the guy we want if we could pick. Who would come cheaper Tex who's a free agent after 08? or Helton who's signed for forever? I would think Helton, but I don't know, just know we don't need Helton as much as we could use Tex.

    A's: The A's continue to be an active team, making a move prior to Monday's game with Anaheim that would indicate a trade is forthcoming. The Athletics designated outfielder Bobby Kielty for assignment, which means that he may be traded soon, and there are whispers that the Red Sox are interested in the switch-hitting outfielder. The A's are also listening to offers on left-handed reliever Joe Kennedy, and three National League teams -- the Dodgers, Brewers and Phillies -- appear to be interested.(mlb.com) Looks like we'll be trading for him but for who? I thought Billy Beane was really high on WMP? Maybe he finally realized he sucks.

    he definitely proved me wrong. He looked a lot like he did last year, getting into trouble but not getting rattled and getting out of it.Great to see him back.

    With everyday plaing, WMP could be a .260-.270 hitter and put up 25-35 hr a season. The key word is could, definitely not trading him for Reggie Sanders and I don't think the sox do.

    he'll be fine, his speed and ability to bunt gives the bottom of the lineup exactly what it needs. Plus he's a pretty good centerfielder, you guys never seem to bring that up. Don't change s***.
