    Considering the injuries, backups, and JD Drew s*** fest this season, it's absolutely amazing how good this offense has been. It's on pace for almost 900 runs which would place it 3rd I believe all time for the Sox. Considering the top 2 runs scored seasons were right in the heart of the steroid era, I'd say this is best pure offense ever assembled by the Sox. Getting Hanley would just make it beyond ridiculous.

    Jacoby needs to be smarter there. Don't risk it at 3rd, let the out go at 1st. And look, we would have had a run now if Jacoby just stayed put.

    Just got in to see us get back the lead. God Lackey is awful. This offense is fun to watch though! I can't wait for AGod to get his power back, watching him being a singles hitter is a bit nerving (but no complaints, he's still hitting).

    I just don't get why you have McDonald and Scutz 1 and 2? Seriously, wtf is that? If you HAVE to give Ellsbury and Youk both the day off, at least do something like: Crawford Pedroia Gonzalez Ortiz Reddick Tek Navarro Scutz McDonald 2 automatic outs at the top of the lineup is inexcusable.

    Salty has been looking pretty good the last 2 months and I'm interested to see how he continues to progress. If we could get Yadier without much hassle, I'd be for it. This team has bigger needs right now though, primarily starting pitching.

    Just sell the farm for Reyes. Ellsbury Pedroia Gonzalez Youk Ortiz Crawford Reyes Reddick Salty That could be the best lineup the sox ever put together. DO IT! Anyways, Alex Gonzalez wasn't very good last year and is struggling at the plate this year.
