Crespoblows, this is a forum, not a f***ing strict office. There is plenty of room for optimism, fun, entertainment, and nonsense/highly optimistic posts. Of course I realize that we could very well end up in 3rd place by the end of the year. But unlike some other people on this board, I like to be optimistic. I'd much rather hope and expect our team to win the division when we have such a great start, then worry my ass off and go crazy. Our team is off to a great start, we have the second best record in baseball and everything is clicking and on top of that, the Yankees are struggling and having big question marks in their rotation and bullpen, far more than in recent years. It really is looking that we could win it this year, baring serious injuries. But injuries and other s*** happens, and it is mostly unpreventable and certainly impossible to forsee. So I'm certainly not going to fear the worst like some others do around here. Instead, I'm going to celebrate the season so far and get excited while we are playing so well. Give me a break. I'm not on here to give 100% accurate and PC insite. I'm here to have some fun spending my time sharing my thoughts and reading other peoples thoughts, ideas, news, etc. And please don't insult my intelligence. I sure as hell wouldn't insult anybody else on here that I don't know personally.

The only downloadable gamehighlights that I know of are MLB.tv ondemand, which you have to 1. Have MLB.tv and 2. pay for each game/highlight you want. NOW, you can view entire games/highlights/condensed games from the last 2 years if you have MLB.tv, but you can't download them, they stream.

Kilo, ease up. I know its not impossible, i'm just exagerating a bit. It's called poking fun. But you have to admit, with the 9 game streak and the lose of BJ Ryan, the Jays are in a terrible spot and will have to get awefully lucky to surpass NY or Bos. My Roger Clemens prediction and AL East prediction is just that, a fun prediction. I know its improbable, I'm just hoping for it. I can't tell the future, I'm just hoping that it will happen. Whats wrong with that? The post isn't supposed to be a 100% accurate look at what will probably happen in the AL East. If you thought that then you read it wrong. I'm just having some fun. It is IMPOSSIBLE for the sox to finish 3rd now. The Jays season is over. I am predicting that Roger Clemens will get injured in his very first start for the Yankees and that will effectly end their season. The sox will run away with the AL East.

Manny's awesome. Lets face it. 9 straight years of 30+HR and 100+RBI, a career BA over .300, and a great hitter with RISP. On top of that, he is quite the character. I honestly think there is more to his annual "I wan't out of Boston" plea than the public knows. It's got to be something with the FO and media.

The Beckett trade is looking like a pretty sweet trade right now. Sanchez has come back down to earth and ya, we gave away Hanley, but we got Beckett. Beckett is doing amazing and is looking like he might be cy young. Lowell was solid last year, 2nd for Gold Glove and productive. So far this year, Lowell has been tearing the cover off the ball. So ya, I'd say it was a pretty sweet trade. I like pitching.

I love Cora. And that is why he is playing tonight. Now 2-3 with a double.

What happened to Orsillo, he just started cracking up and couldn't speak when the game came back on after commercials.

So wrong about Lowell? I think he is going to have a great season. Don't be so quick to call me wrong. He's swinging the bat very well. His career high HR is 32, and he has hit over 100RBI twice. In this lineup, it is very likely he will have more than enough opportunities to drive in 100 runs. With the Monster at Fenway, he could very well hit 30+ HR. I'm not saying it's a certainty. I believe that he will do well. And it certainly isn't unreasonable. I'm not saying he's going to hit 50HR. 35 is within reach if he has a great season. Key, I said I believe he will have a great season. If that is so, then 35 homers is reasonable.

Lowell could very well stay around .300 BA, maybe just a bit lower. He plenty of power to hit 30 HR, especially playing at Fenway. He certainly wasn't this hot last year around this time. And reasonable doesn't mean that its a certainty. It's reasonable. It could happen, it could not happen. I certainly would say it is out of his reach.

I know, but IDK he has ever started off a season this hot. It is certainly in reach for him. So no, its not unreasonable. I'm not saying its going to happen, but that it is reasonable.

nah, I think he's going to have a great season, I'd say 35HR, 120 RBI is very reasonable.
