    They win the division, the Rockies win the WC. They'll meet off in the NLCS, and the winner gets pounded by the NL. The Dodgers and Rockies have by far the two best staffs in the NL, not even close. If the Rockies could just get some consistent offense.

    That pitching, except Wells, who was fine, wont pitch vs. the Tigers. The good pen pitchers, Timlin, Paps and Delcarmen, were fine as well. Johnson doesn't count. Lester was bad, but what's new. He will struggle until he can find the plate. The Yankee series will be the tougher series, because Lester and Johnson will both pitch, unless something changes.

    You can't really platoon Nixon and WMP either, because Pena is killing righties, and sucking vs. lefties. Nixon is doing just as well vs. lefties and WMP is. Wily should start 5 days out of 6. Maybe a 3 way platoon, but without Cokes and WMP missing many days.

    Holy s***. 1 minute before A-rod hit his homer, I told my friend that he was going to do it. Best stat padder of our generation. More meaningless homers than anyone in the history of the game.

    Why is he still employed by YES? Not only is he a horrible announcer, but he is an idiot. When I watch Yankee games, I just mute the channel.

    Thome will win it by a landslide. Schill is deserving, but it isn't going to happen. Beltran wins it in the NL, and will also nab the MVP.

    Chicago has scored 4 unearned runs. Lady Luck certainly isn't a Red Sox fan. THe Angels have been on the opposite side of a few bad calls as well.

    The Orioles bullpen is garbage though, much like ours. This game should be interesting.

    Coco has been on fire in the lead off spot. Hopefully he can keep it up, he can be huge. Plus, I like putting Youks behind Manny for a little bit more protection.

    Yeah, I hate Fox Saturday baseball, because the Yankees are always on, and the Red Sox aren't on MLB Extra innings. The Angels are my world series pick, so I don't really care. At least I have a team to root for, and a team to root against.
