    Beckett has learned how to pitch while still having his good stuff. Lots of pitchers learn how to pitch when their stuff starts to diminish, but his injuries have given him time to hone his craft and lessen his workload.

    Hughes does look really good. Last game was a step forward apparently with his stuff, then it tailed off. Now, he's thrown 5 solid innings with good stuff. Now is not a bad time for Hughes to find himself

    Not sure you're watching, but Hughes looks amazing right now. 93-95 with an actual curveball. Not sure if he is just letting it fly or if he's finally recovered, but he looks like he did at the beginning of last yr, even if it is only 2 innings
