    Brett Marshall has really come on strong of late for the T-Yanks. His last 10 starts, he's thrown 50.2IP 48H 16ER 10BB 48K. They have him on an innings limit now, so hence why he's going 5IP per start. He's up at 140IP on the season, so he will likely get one more start then get shut down. But over the last 10 starts, he's shown a re-emergence of his K's, which is a result of his improved slider and his improved pitch command. This kid is emerging into a top 10 prospect for us and might crack the BA top 100 this yr.

    Gardner had been money up until August. His only big issue is health and he seems to bang up his wrists and hands a fair amount. He looks hurt swinging up there. I hope I am wrong. Regardless, there is a month left and prior to August, he was a .750OPS guy with 50SB potential, which is pretty good. He also plays elite D in LF.

    Wheeler is a high ceiling kid who was their top pitching prospect and one of the top pitching prospects in baseball. Dealing him for a rental that wont have a FA Type status was dumb.

    Gamecasted from work and actually watched the last inning. Seemed like we had Lester against the ropes all night, just couldn't deliver the knockout blow. But 2 straight starts now where we ran his count up and won the game. AJ pitched admirably, but Joe was ready to let him kill us again in the 6th. Regardless, 2 of 3 in Fenway with our 1,5, and 6 vs your 1,2, and 3 is nice!

    and if used to excess, which almost all these body building drugs are eventually used to, it can cause acromegaly, which can be fatal. Your body slows in producing it as you get older because you arent growing anymore. It's a regenerative hormone, but in excess, it will start the growing process again. The problem is, since your bones are fused, you wont grow in height, but all your internal organs start to grow and your bones start to grow out and you look disfigured. Most people with acromegaly die of cardiac abnormalities
