    Adam, I'm not gonna lie to you, but that post is inconceivably stupid. I want you to place your hands off the keyboard, press the power button on your computer and think about how dumb the above post is. Once you come to some sort of peace with your inner retard and make a promise that he wont show up any time soon, you can log back on and share some thoughts that dont need a secret decoder ring to uncover. I swear the s*** I left in the toilet this morning has clearer thoughts than you do.

    I dont give a flying f*** if a guy is a strikeout machine, so long as he can hit to the situation. If he goes up there with a runner on second and 0 out, I expect him to either get a hit or try to move the runner. If he goes up there with a runner on 3rd and less than 2, I expect him to try to drive it to the OF. Aside from that, the K is harmless for the most part. A perfect example of this is Jeter, who has his fair share of K's, but will shorten up when warranted and place the ball.

    Carla Pussana vs Fat boy Ponson. First to 100 runs win! In all seriousness, the yankees finally get a reprieve from the chill that has been burying them in the northeast. And with the controlled temp should come some better control of their breaking stuff. Except, Pavano isnt the one that suffered from control problems. Pavano was masterful through 4 innings in his last start, then looked gassed. His long layoff and multitude of injuries has left him without some stamina (and likely a reason why all his playthings have left him recently as well). If he can get his arm strength and stamina back to what it was, he could be effective. The big games I look forward to will be the next 2 with Pettitte and Mussina taking the hill. Both had fits trying to get their curves over in the frost of NY, they should have more success with their location this time around.

    no problem. I dont think the cold will affect the sox pitching as much as it will the fans. Stay warm, and dont puss out and leave halfway through. You had to give up a small fortune to go to these games, might as well make it worth it.
