Err no. Against the Angels he went 6, allowed 7 hits/walks and gave up 3. Against the Twins he went 6, allowed 7 hits/walks and gave up 2 earned. Today he's gone 5, allowed 7 hits/walks and gave up 3.

Shockingly enough, Penny hasn't been awful. 5 IP, 5 H, 3 ER, 8 K. Not good, but okay for Penny. At 94 pitches, I'd put him back out there for the 6th.
