  3. Kilo better come here and post up a storm, I don't want to be the all-time leader.
  4. Kinda hard to tell, I don't know where he started and how long he went. And if you find the UZR appalling, you may want to look away for this. Hunter has career negative figures in: Total fielding runs above average, Total zone fielding runs above average, and negative since 2005 in Outfield arm runs above average. I'm not disagreeing with you that Hunter is a good fielder--I think he is. But I don't think Hunter's negative figure is a reason that UZR is a bad stat.
  5. Why are we not pounding this dooder?
  6. Yo dont h8 just cuz Tito iz da illest coach in the biz.
  7. How do you know this is wrong? Instinct? Gut? See it in his eyes? Hunter's not an elite defensive CFer.
  8. You guyz are all nerds that live in your mother's basements!!!!
  9. lulz You like fielding percentage, right?
  10. Or it tells me all I need to know about your reading skills. Per 150 games, Ordonez's UZR is 4.3 and Lugo's is 2.9. This is one of the points of statistics--to show you something you didn't know. Since you clearly have a preconceived notion of which fielders are the best and you're unable to be convinced otherwise, what's the point of any statistic?
  11. Bonds' 24.9 is per 150 games, when in that season he played 13.

  13. Spudboy mojo could only take us so far. Lester vs. Some Guy
  14. Via PM, DipreG selects Jim Johnson
  15. So we all agree on something.
  16. "Boston has stumbled a bit the last few days." Nice.
  17. The Mets have 8 hits this series.
