    I give this signing an 8. The $$ is about right, if... If, he can beat the odds, and not be as injury prone as his years in FLA, If he can develop and truly rely on a third and fourth pitch, If the market stays the same as it is now. Overall not a bad gamble due to his youth, but a year and a half before his existing contract is up seems a tad early.
