Not that I'm a huge fan of the usage, there are decent reasons for him to be used. 1. Other than the doubleheader, he hasn't pitched much lately. 2. If he has a quick inning, he's available tomorrow. 3. Tito wants the win in a place where the Sox have usually struggled and since he knows the pitching matchups aren't favorable the rest of the weekend, he wants this one win. Delcarmen in the 9th please.
