..And I stil lthink we can get there....but if we don't....I would love to see the Tigers there, and even win it. I have always considered the Tiger fans to be, almost, on a par with Sox fans. They are noisy, baseball wise, and have supported that team for a long time, even in the darkest days.... It would be great for the Tiger fans to see their team in a World Series and to experience the jubilation that we felt a few years ago....

But, they are accurate, and right on target, aren't they? Can you top it, for accuracy that is, or are you just a mouth.????

Yup, and I have been saying it for months, .long before anyone else, and it appears, now a lot are on the bandwagon that I started... Just cause I dont post here often doesnt mean that I am not a Sox fan, and a hard core one, at that. In fact, I've been one since before you were born. I went to every Series game in 67 and in 75. I dont post here often cause I spend all my time at patsfans.com, but the Tavarez situation totally pisses me off, and I wil continue to post about him until the POS is gone, one way or another. Sure, there are other problems right now, but this Tavarez piece of garbvage has been the team's biggest thorn as far as I am concerned...On tooi many occasions, at key moments, in key games that were vital to continuity, or to break a bad streak, or just at a moment in which the tide could be turning, along comes this piece of garbage to blow it all..and Francona, of all people, shouild have Tavarez's ass and have him sit in the bullpen, never touch another baseball ever again, until we can dump him, trade, him ship him to Iraq, or whatever the hell it takes to get his ass out of town. End of story. Now I ferel better.

If Mr. Selig, or any other professional sports commissioner really wants to get rid of steroids, and other illegal substances, from major league sports...there is only one way.. 1st Offense....Full season suspension, no pay. 2nd Offense....Lifetime suspension with no review. And the player's unions can take it or leave it....but that' the rule. For once, the inmates will stop running the asylum and do what they are told to do for what they earn, or earn nothing...END OF STORY. The hell with these overpaid athletes....they are making millions at the expense of the fans, now its time to stop doing what any person in private business would get fired for.... enough is enough, 1st offense , one full season, 2nd offense, and you are finished, FOR LIFE. NO APPEAL. I vowed , following the strike season, that I would never give these overpaid jackasses one thin dime by ever attending anoather MLB game...and millions of others should have done the same. Today's athletes make me want to puke all over them, the greedy bastards....

How many times do I have to post the same thing. I came into this forum and I wanted Tavarez gone. And Iposted it over and over again.. He is a useless piece of s hit..... Watching tonight's game on internet and as soon as he came in in the 12th, i knew it was over.... What the hell does it take for management to get the message..And they can send the other POS with him, Seanez. But, of course, wht the hell do I know?

Wakefield should NEVER pitch against the Yankees...NEVER....IMO, work around him...there is a thing when he pitches against them...and it wil never go away...WAKEFIELD SHOULD NEVER PITCH AGAINST THE YANKEES....IM humble O of course.

Why wait? Get rid of both of them tonight, NOW....Waiting accomplishes nothing. Both have been crap...and they will continue to be crap...and we cant afford to have two pieces of crap messing everything up. I may not be right all of the time (most of the time, maybe) but these two guys need to be cut loose NOW......I am no expert but I have watched the game of baseball for over 60 years, and I can tell you, these two guys will drag this team down...DUMP BOTH OF THEM NOW....Sayonara baby.
