How can anyone know better than the FO?

I have no problem with people criticizing the FO. But when people act like they know more than the front office I have a problem. None of knows the ins and outs and has all the access to the information the FO has. Not even the media. Drives me nuts. The impatience with off season moves also drives me nuts. Does anyone remember when the NYY signed Arod? 2/14/04. Not that the Red Sox will do anything that huge but there is still plenty of time.

Thanks Fred Flintstone (clever, huh?....not at all, annoying....) Who is Scarlett? Scarlett O'Hara from Gone With The Wind? Wow, that's original but her character was from GA, I am not. Didn't read Alice In Wonderland, was that fiction? To some of us your use of "clever" nicknames and your attitude that you think you know more than the front office reeks of condescension. I don't care what you and your entourage think of me. I'm not going anywhere. I don't have to use the Ignore feature to ignore your posts, it's easy 95% of the time. WE ALL KNOW that the way the 2011 season ended SUCKED. Time to move on. Bring on the 2012 season!!

I think you find it hard to be positive, no matter what. And the entourage helps you in some instances. But, seriously, 2012 has got to be better! My 2011 wasn't as bad as yours by far but it sucked. I'm looking forward to a new year and season. Shoot me.

That's good for you. I don't. I do love the game very much but don't need to get my info that way. If it works for you, good. I prefer watching as many of the 162 games I can to see what actually happens. Never have been into predictions, speculations and second guessing. Let's see what happens in 2012. One season at a time.

I coined "Rock and Roll"....oh...that's right. I wasn't born yet I used to post with folks on the former Boston Herald forum that felt that the writers from the Globe and the Herald got their ideas from them. They were "know it alls" too. Who knows? Sounds kinda like a stretch to me when these writers have all kinds of access to the Red Sox organization. But ya know, in this day and age, nothing surprises me when it comes to the media in general. I am so ready for Spring Training.
