My point is you were constantly putting him down, saying he wasn't a major leaguer and that'd he'd be pumping gas in the next few years. You called out SCM33 out of the blue when I don't recall him even posting much during the off season let alone saying Nava stinks like you constantly did.

I have always liked Sweet Caroline and the 8th inning tradition. Neil Diamond's intentions were good. But sitting at home, it sounded horrible.

I don't recall SCM33's opinion on Nava in the off season. I do recall you constantly putting him down. Here is one of your posts from January: We should have a moratorium on this. We all like Nava, but he is just not a major league outfielder. He doesn't have major league skills. If he is on the opening day roster, it wouldn't signal disaster, but IMO it would not be a good signal. Of course it's still very early in the season. When you make blanket statements like the one above, it makes you look not so bright.

He kinda showed up and asked if he could sing. It wasn't planned. He was singing along with the original recording. It was terrible and I guess the fans at Fenway liked it and all. I did not. He's old and he sucked. Otherwise, a great game/day/WIN!!!
