  1. 3 outings, 3 wins. AN ERA of 1.64 tonight. Yea i would say schilling is back. I applaud him, and him pitching like a god again. This thread, is for everything pro schilling. You got something good to say, say it now. Only one earned run tonight. He is doing great. I love how he came back, and when he didn't doubt himself, and some of us did(you know who you are), he showed us what he has got. Keep up the work Schilling!!!!! :D :D
  2. wow, bases loaded no outs, that seems amazing
  3. i ain't saying that(even though i don't like the trade), im just thinking we got rid of the wrong guy. Now i know no one would want to trade for a guy, that is outta gas, but think about it, Arroyo would have been good to keep around, till Jon is ready to come out as a starter.
  4. Well look at what Wells is doing for us??? HE'S OLD, AND FAT! he can't do anything anymore, i would have rather of kept Arroyo, and not have to deal with an old fart. I say the sooner we get papplebon ready, and foulke back to his old self, the better, and we just drop the old bag, and let him retire.
  5. hey i say great idea with the front office trading Arroyo, and keeping wells around. GREAT MOVE!!!
  6. wouldn't that be the s*** though? Think about it, D-Train vs. Beckett in the NLCS at game 7. Old teammates both throwing the heat. I think that would be awsome
  7. ok, that right there is a problem there homie. He's gonna be on the bench, more then anything, IMO, so he's not gonna be on the field enough to grow, and become a better player, ya know
  8. how old is he? 23 right?? He needs some sense smacked in him, and go back to the farm system. He is not ready for this s*** yet. He just isn't. And i don't know about you guys, but with the way nixon has been playing lately, i don't want to platoon.
  9. oooooo......s***.......well then ummmm..... anyway to go back on the MLB deal???
  10. i've seen him play for the past couple years in person, and he ain't nothing great, even the media agrees, he isn't anything special. My advice.... stick him back in the farm system, let him "develope" more into a better player, take him out, and then utilize him. For now, if nixon gets hurt, or you want to platoon with him, i say throw stern over there. After this year, and Nixon leaves, pull Mo out, and then see what he can do.
  11. Man, i tell ya, seems like we have a bunch of english teachers in this forum. Wtf is going on here
  12. I couldn't agree with you anymore, Willy Mo is no upgrade for our team. I just can't see him doing anything. I've seen what he did in Cincy, and it wasn't anything great. Like i've saId before, I don't want a guy that strikes out every 3 at bat. That ain't production
  13. exactly, so expect foulke back in there soon, or my boy timlin. We'll see in fenway
  14. i think foulke looked a lil better, but it was only one inning, but still, i think he's gonna go back to closer
  15. papelbon get another save?? Lets see
  16. end the night 1.93. O what a game. he said he was healthy, but did any of us think he was this healthy?
  17. where is the manny we have all learned to love?
  18. Even with that homer, through 6 innings Schilling has pitched an 2.09 era. Keep up the good work big boy
  19. An 80 year old man doesn't need a gun in his hand. That is what is funny about that, you put a gun in a dieing mans hands shits gonna happen. People who let him do that are dumbasses. And with the Rev. Jackson thing. This f***er, doesn't need to turn this into a racial issue. He needs to keep his fat trap shut, and go worry about something more important.
  20. Yea, gambling has nothing to do with him being an *******, he just is. But like i said, I think the reason so many people give Bonds s***, is because of his attitude towards his players, and fans and stuff
  21. Once again your missing my point. He started gambling, because of money. He wanted MONEY! I don't care if he is, as you like to put it psycholocigally addicted. He started because of money. I don't think he said, o this will be fun. Same with the lottery. People started for a chance to win the big one. Money is the root of all evil... ever heard of that?
  22. hahahaha your a comedian man, seriously a comedian. What do people with power want? Nothing but more power. In this case money. You can never have enough money. Why gamble in the first place?? Holy hell, are you serious?? The guy is a greedy lil bitch. He only wants the best of the best, and he never wanted it to end. Pete is still gambling to this day. Maybe not to baseball, but he places money on horse races. You can see him down at the tracks every now and then. And i think i said it before, gambling is nothing like roids, i agree with you there. The reason i brought him up, was because of an attitude problem. I see most people give him more s***, because of his "attitude". Maybe you missed that part.
