  1. that ball hung in the air a lot longer than I thought it would
  2. thanks, thats pretty much what I was trying to say...why move more people out of position than you have to?
  3. perhaps Joe felt A-Rods gun of an arm would be better served at 3rd? 3rd to first is a tougher throw, and I'd rather have ARod there than Cairo making that toss. Honestly though I think Joe was just trying to shake up the lineup as little as possible. Even though Cairo can play 3rd, he gets most of his starts at 2nd and short. He may feel better about playing short than 3rd, and at this point ARod probably feels better at 3rd than short. Also, ARod hasnt played short in 2 years now, there's no guarantee that he would be sharp there.

  5. The bernie one was a little much, but the melky one was deserved. That could end up being the play of the game...
  6. holy s***... see what I mean optimist?
  7. I'd rather see proctor personally. Farnsworth has taken two losses recently (KC and Det), and has had a tough time with his control. The only person in the pen who deserves loyalty is Mo. Of course, as I type this he K's Ortiz. I hope I'm wrong..
  8. Torre being too loyal again, much like he did with sturtze...
  9. I was about to suggest the same....mlb.com is up to date and IMO the best gamecast around
  10. Was that scored a hit or an error?
  11. Donald's Lip Hamster is one of historic proportions. Watch where you step.
  12. haha...I was just talkin about how he jams his chin into his shoulder...I didn't notice the finger wagging thing.. Jeter looks retarded too when he sticks his ass in the air on the inside pitches, or leans alllll the way down on the outside pitches.
  13. Crisp looks like an idiot in his batting stance
  14. It was a joke. I was referring to the 300mph fastball in Detroit.
  15. It's what's known as a plus fastball.
  16. I was thinking more along the lines of 'I can't believe that ******* threw one at my head. I'll show him...'
  17. I was just thinking the same thing
  18. Wow how retarded was that...Manny being manny
  19. Manny should get a fastball under his chin at least once every at bat. Looks like Mo has been showing Wang how to handle Manny..
  20. I heard that Schilling may be starting tonight. Any truth to this?
