  1. Freese is one of those pesky ass players that seems to play well in big games.
  2. It was a good AB. He hit it hard. The mound slowed it up a bit a redirected a high hop to Machado.
  3. I thought that was going to be a hit.
  4. Bad enough that he doesn't get a start against a lefty.
  5. Especially since he had him struck out.
  6. Alternating calls by the first base ump.
  7. Gave away an out there. We outsmarted ourselves there.

  9. It's not really a tough decision. You play your wrecking ball and your MVP candidate and best all around player.
  10. I don't see that as a smart choice.
  11. Betts did play 2B in one game against the Yankees. He looked pretty good too.
  12. Is this a serious question?
  13. I would consider selling high on Bradley. It is only a matter of time before he goes into an 80 game slump where he looks like he has been struck blind. They have Rusney Castillo ready to step in.
  14. I just had a feeling that the Astros would be sore losers. They seemed a little full of themselves. Did Altuve say anything, because he seems to have an oversized ego.
  15. A big part of Kimbrel's success has been the result of hitters offering at his breaking stuff that is about a foot out of the zone. If they know when it is coming, they can lay off of it and he will just look wild.
  16. You know your stuff. You had it all sized up and put it on the record before the ALCS started. I was concerned after that ugly first game, but you had it pegged.
  17. Cora said that Kimbrel had been tipping pitches. I think that there is something to that.
  18. As great as this bunch is, they match that with maturity and professionalism.
  19. Price just carved up their lineup tonight.
  20. I can't complain. Unlike Farrell who would make wrong moves that his players had to cover for later in the game, Cora's moves are almost always the right moves and they work out.
  21. Lots of pressure on him especially after his terrible start against the Yankees. His performance tonight was improbable on 3 days rest and after having heated up last night.
  22. High fives all around!!!
