well when you leave the fastball up in the zone on every pitch with no real intense velocity It ain't hard to see why. lefties hitting .308 against him not surprisingly

6 hits 2 ER through one & 1/3 inning, I lose more faith in Lester every time pitches.

I was surprised to him get kinda emotional at the end, he never seems like the type of person to get emotional, even considering the moment, since he has anticipated it for quite some time now.

Ben Sheets is gonna turn it around too I think, if he can regain the same form he had in '04 that would mean alot. The whole pitching staff is doing good right now, Capuano is on fire, and Suppan is holding his own. gotta give credit to a team that barely finished .500 the past few seasons

He also mentioned the fact that because Hank Aaron won't show up when bonds hits #755 that it speaks for the general feeling people have about him breaking the record. AKA it is not that big of a deal since bonds reputation is allegedly tarnished by using steroids.

So on baseball tonight they played the audio clip of curt talking about bonds today and how he he admitted he used steroids. ESPN was quick to point out though that he hasn't admitted to anything however. not sure if this is even worth mentioning but I figure I would put the question out there: is there some validity to schilling's comment? I don't say this to disrespect #38, he's forever a hero in my book I'm just not sure what he was getting at

Is there any indication if Paps would return to the role as a starter this year? If not this year, is this new found passion that he has that he loses sleep over going to make him a closer indefinatly? It would seem that he is worth more as a potential middle rotation starter than just an outstanding closer. -

Ok so the Celtics have lost 15 in a row now? I have lost count. What can we expect for the rest of the year, it seems at this point they should just keep the slide going and get a higher pick, but Danny Ainge has said they don't want to get younger they need another talented veteran. If your Danny Ainge what do you do now?
