Im not arguing with you here. Im saying I just saw a diffrent replay from ESPN, that showed the ball went in front of the guy holding the down marker. Sorry I think blaming a loss on an offical is the cop out. You can o back and look and I bet you see tons of missed calls. How can you say notre Dame letting USC get about a 30 yard gain on 4th and 9 is a cop out. ND didnt stop them so they lost pure and simple. People are saying this is the greatest game ever, do you guys agree with that? I think the BC vs Miami game is one, Miami vs Ohio State in the Nat. Championship a few years back was better as well.

The guy with the down marker stands where the L.O.S is, the ball went in front of him, so the spot was fine. Watch the replay. I agree Bush did aid Leinhart, but thats a toug call from anywhere on the field. Notre Dame shouldnt have put themselves in the position where they could lose like that.

I was talking to my dad who is in Chicago right now, and it was funny cause he refused to get excited about this win He was alive for the last Sox world series trip, so he says he's going to wait til they win to go crazy. I had to laugh at that

Well mabe if Notre Dame didnt allow a 30 yard pass, on 4th and 9 this woulndnt of happened. We can go back and I bet we see alot of missed calls in the game. Fact is Notre Dame shouldnt have put themselves in that position. Also, they showed a replay on Cold Pizza this morning of the fumble. You can see the ball go in front of the offical holding the down marker, which means the ball should not have been placed at the 2 or 3, the refs did a fine job spotting the ball.
