    Well, yeah, anytime you lose 1-5 to a etam your gunna get a bit of s***, but considering we're only 2 games out it's not like it's the end of teh world. Also we kinda kicked ourselves anyway, I even sed this teamw as disgusting

    Nets are takin it, hands down I mean jason Kidd, Vince carter, Jefferson are way to much for anyone in the Atlantic. Plus they already ahve an above-average backup PG in Marcus Williams

    Only reason Johnson is ehre is because he had 2 good starts until today, IMO I feel more confidence in Snyder. Becket Schilling Lester Wells Snyder Thats still better than half of the league in terms of starting pitching, plus when we get Wake back, and if Wells can hold it together, we got ourselves a very good rotation.

    Well, at leats he's not known for his clutch hitting, but he's one of the geratest pure-hitters of all-time. Like he has great mechanics, can hit to all fields, and also hit for power

    This would be a big lifter upper night if we could re-gain agame on the Yankees.

    Theres still plenty of season left, and around now is telling times. If Paps and th Sox get hot and vault themselves over the Yankees (knock on wood) he should get more publicity and earn more votes while doing it. Hoever Paps does need soem help as in Verlander taling off anfd coming abck down to earth. If both fo those happen, Paps is your ROTY and Cy Young winner.

    However, if we're gunna get hot, nows teh tiem to do it, and hope to ride it out as long as we can. And now is the only time we can make up ground, because the Yankees ony really ahve 2 tough opponents in September in us and the Jays.

    Ill go 1-5 vs the Rays and Royals as long as we get hot for the Tigers, Yanks, and Angels. If we can win every series coming up and sweep the Os, we'll be back in it, meaning we need to go 10-4 in our next 14. That in my mind is do-able, so long as Schill, Beckett, and Lester get back in it and fast. The Yankees meanwhile face the Angels for four then the Os.

    Granetd we have Schill and the 1-2 in Papi n ManRam. But who saw Papelbon coming? Not sayin I didnt expect this from him, but I thought he'd be just a set-up guy to Foulke, and then Foulke went down. Also, tehre was a lot of concern our offense wouldn't produce, as it isnt now. And we had Youkilis, Lowell, Gonzalez, and Loretta all have good seasons at the plate and with the glove. If maybe 2 of those guys didnt have teh seasons theyre having, we're in contention for 3rd with the Jays.

    Just got my shirt, very nice, came out great, Im deff wearin it to the Tigers game Im seein, it'll be wierd because now we can identify each other and who knows wholl run into each other.

    Its not like I dont expect that of them or that Im saying to go easy on them for how theyve been playing, but honestly, who thought theyd be this good this season? I mean I remeber posting that this was a transition year to the future, and theyve given us a pretty exciting season so far.

    Does anyone know the most convenient way to get tickets besides standing outside Fenway for 5 hours? My uncle from NY is coming down, (obviously he's a Yankee fan, but not a dick, very smart actually) and he's never been in Fenway Park, plus we owe him as he's gotten me n others Yankee tickets in Ny before, so just wonderin if you knew any other options.

    There are many differences we can name and even some we cannot name, it doesnt just take watching 2 games a night to be a good GM, and thats a pretty bold statement to say youd be just as good if not better than Theo Epstein is. Then basically yoru saying you can win a World Series in 2 years. Im gunna stop goin at this because its kinda stupid, but basically Id say if it was so easy a bunch of internet forum guys could do it, then there'd be one in KC, Pittsburgh, and all the other bad cities.

    I actually rly like Eric mangini, and I think hell make a great head coach, hes brought in decent QBs to challenge Chad, and has cut back on payroll, which is never a bad thing.
