    Honestly how many years has he being saying that his team is going to win the World Series this year.

    They've released the World Baseball Classic trophy that will be awarded to the winner of the tournament. I think that it's a pretty nice trophy.     And what exactly has that U.S roster done that is so great. Oh yeah that's right their in last place. I wouldn't laugh too hard. You might hurt yourself.

    If Foulke can get to 100% then he can be one of the most dominant closers in the game. But the problem is he needs to be 100% something that he has not been able to do. When we don't have Foulke healthy we really don't have many options for the closer. The only one I can think of is the Sox moving Timlin into the closer role or possibly calling up Hansen and giving him the closer role. But once again the problem with that is the fact of if Hansen is ready to play full time in the big leagues in the closer role. I mean last year he pitched in a few games and was great but that's just a few games. I think he should be good to go by next season. Then I say if Foulke still isn't at 100% or preforming like he should then try and trade him or just move him into a reliever role and use Hansen.

    Hopefully he pitches I'd like to see the Sox face him.

    Wow that is a shocker. I still can't believe that Sweden beat the U.S. So now it's either Canada or Finland vs Sweden for women's hockey Gold.

    I agree that A-Rod should be playing for the United States since he is born there but Guillen didn't have to go as far as he did. Kind of childish on his part.

    He won't be back this year. He will retire. The only question is will he retire in a Sox hat or Yankees hat.

    The only thing about that roster is that Gonzo will be batting 9th most likely.

    This story is pretty crazy. Didn't think that Wayne Gretzky would be accused of having knowledge of the gambling ring. Im curious to who the 12 other NHL Players are that are involved in the gambling ring. Going to be interesting to see what happens with this story in the end.

    I just joined the league right now.

    The first baseball game I ever went to was Blue Jays vs Twins back in 1992. My first Sox game that I ever saw was Red Sox vs Jays in Toronto. Never been able to get outta Toronto to go see a game. But I plan on trying to make a game in Boston next season.

    The Jays are getting stronger but outside of Glaus there is only really Halladay and Wells who can do serious damage to anyone. This isn't something big Molina is most likely gonna end up as the #2 Catcher behind Zaun anyways.

    I'd go with Dinardo as the Lefty in the pen. I like what he has to offer and I think he's going to be very good in the very near future.

    I'm going to for sure be buying mlb 2k6. I have 05 and I find it better than MVP 05. I dunno what it is but for some reason Sega makes better baseball games than EA does.

    That's still not enough for Manny Ramirez. He isn't going anywhere he will be staying in Boston. His contract is either too big or teams don't have enough to offer for him. The only way I see him leaving Boston is through Free Agency. In 2 years.

    I don't see why the Mets would do that trade. They are trading away one of there top prospects in Latings Milledge for a guy like Alex Cora. I see them expecting more outta the deal then just Clement and Cora for Nady and Milledge.

    I say the only way you trade Trot is if you are going to get a younger guy who is faster and healthier other than that. I think that they should keep Trot his presence is good for the younger guys like Crisp, Stern and Mohr. He is a veteran Outfielder who can teach them alot.

    I actually purchased this on MLB.TV and I have been watching the games. They have been really entertaining and I can't wait to see the WBC next month.
