    They don't have anything the Marlins would be interested in aside from maybe phillip hughes. I don't see the Yankees trading Hughes though. I don't even know if Hughes would be enough to net Willis.

    I think that at this stage in the season we have to trade manny. He is ruining everything. This is the most crucial part of the season and its mannys fault we lost the last two games. The blue jays are close to over taking the divison and in april, its crucial to hold onto our lead there. Manny has been so terrible that I think we've got to trade him. Maybe for Chris Shelton. Chris Shelton is obviously a world class slugger who has proven year in and year out that he can get it done..... kind of. Man, look at his batting average! He has 7 home runs! We have to trade Manny for this guy. Manny is done. Hes cooked, fried, gone. He will never hit another extra base hit in the big leagues again. Trade him before its too late! Throw lester in the deal and bring Shelton to Boston!

    Everytime I went to a game I always ended up seeing Arroyo and it started to annoy me. I saw Schillings first save though. Now I don't have to worry about seeing Arroyo.

    I still think Clement will be a good starter this season. My big concern is with Wells. I think Foulke will be the closer, Hansen will get called up, and papelbon will be put into the rotation. I think thats a formula for a lot of wins right there. David Wells is nothing but a lightning rod with a weight problem who got way too much run support last year.

    Clement looks out right rattled. You can tell by his body language that he just can't comtrol the ball and hes angry about it. Thats not good news.

    I'm hearing on EEI that there is something being talked about between the Red Sox and Marlins. Jon Lester and Delcarmen along with someone for Willis. I dunno

    No. Lets say Papelbon remains option #1 all season long we still would need to keep Foulke as insurance. What if Wells blows a knee, what if Clement just blows, we would need another starter and the best option in that case is Papelbon. If we dealt foulke we would have no closer in that case.

    In two years, Pena will hit 40 HR and cut down his K's drastically( well drastically for him). Anyone who bothers to bad mouth him now has no patience. Just let it go. Breathe. He will be good. You can't brag about him later if you s*** on him now, well you can, but you'd feel like a trator or an idiot. Or something. Something, yeah.... sorry.

    By all means that ball should have been gone. That curve ball was hung. Rios time to think about which field he wanted to hit it out to and he must have slipped or something because that ball had an invitation on it. David Wells looks horrible. Nothing he is throwing has any bite to it. Someone, get a Cy Young plaque and just hand it to Wells because hes gonna win it this year. Oh man.
