To me, the only scenario which I would leave papelbon in the bullpen, is if Hansen dominates as a starter the way he has as a closer. Its yet to be seen if he can. I mean we all look at Hansen starting as a for-the-time-being kind of thing right now. A learning experience. What if he dominates? It happened with Papelbon.
I think though that Hansen will be a good starter, I don't know how good, so to me the jury is out. If I had to bet, I would bet that Lester and Papelbon will be in our rotation next season and that Hansen will be a closer.
