I believe this is more the schedule Dice-K had when he pitched in Japan so that should help him out any idea what roster move will enable this to happen? Bard back to Pawtucket? -

cause neither Smoltz or Buchholz might not necessarily turn out to be better options and if the playoffs started today, I think the team needs a reliable Dice-K to avoid having to put Wakefield in the playoff rotation. If he can work out his issues in the minors, sure but I don't think he'll do it without Dice-K/Boras fighting it

as far as Kuo goes, I think last year was also a good indication of how a sharp innings increase can f*** up a pitcher's throwing elbow the following season I took Valverde, strike out pitcher, doesnt walk a ton of guys, doesnt allow a lot of baserunners, 29 years old, bla bla bla

im sure he thought he's been ready since he threw his no-hitter he should be grateful he's in an organization that has such a good track record at making sure their pitching prospects adapt well to the majors and that they keep their pitching talent so healthy as opposed to an organization like Toronto

its just nice when people participating in this have some common courtesy for others. im sure most of us have 3-4 names in mind when we see our picks coming up so we dont have to hold up the draft for 12 hours to mull it over

very understandable but at worst, he's gonna be a regular next season. maybe he should take a step back and realize he had an opportunity to nail down a full-time gig on this team last season and blew it
