  1. If you go check July 8th, I think page 5 or 6 you guys are winning and I asked what the score was. I even think that some one has hit a grand slam before or after I posted. So saying I only ask the score when you guys are down is stupid.
  2. Sorry just asking... No need to be cranky. Yesterday you guys were winning and I asked for the score, so YanksHater check your self ok.
  3. LMAO that is the best I have heard about the sig. Last time I got called an idiot.
  4. 3.5 behind as tough as our schedule is we will win games. We may not have the pitching but everything is working right now. The team is riding a streak and slowly but surely we are climbing. As much as you guys say that you guys aren’t worried, you can hear us coming. All we need to do is get back some of our pitchers. If you guys have faith in your team, so do we. As long as we keep our end of the deal going, we have nothing to worry. You guys are getting Schilling to close, one of the best pitchers. Closing a game is nothing like starting, how do you know that he won’t implode? See you in Boston!
  5. ^^^^^^^^^^ LOL. He doesn't know how to read. I voted for Sox players ( Manny, Ortiz)
  6. All-Star game a joke without Jeter Story Tools: Print Email XML Rob Dibble / FOX Sports Net Posted: 14 minutes ago Baseball wants the All-Star game to have meaning? I don't get it. If the game means so much, why are some of baseball's best players not in the game? Derek Jeter just lost out on the internet vote to Scott Podsednik. That never should have happened. And Michael Young is more deserving than Jeter??? Don't make me laugh. If I were starting a team right now, the first player I'd take would be Jeter. No one is more clutch in big games than him, no other shortstop in baseball has more championships, and no other shortstop has to play in a tougher media town. You'll never find a better person to represent baseball than Derek Jeter. His numbers easily warrant him being in Detroit, and the fact that he had to be on the list of five players that had to beg for votes is a disgrace to the game. First, the fact that home-field advantage is decided by this game is a joke. Second, can you imagine an NBA All-Star game without Michael Jordan or Magic Johnson? Neither can I, and Jeter is the Jordan of baseball. Third, if this game means so much to the outcome of the World Series, then put the best players out there on the field and forget the "player from every team" concept. Some teams don't have All-Stars, and fans don't want to see those players anyway, especially if they don't deserve it. If you want to do that stupid internet vote, let the fans of those non-deserving players vote their player onto the team, that way, when some team doesn't have a player, only the fans are to blame. The All-Star game is a joke, especially when the best players are not going to be there. Derek Jeter is better than the All-Star game. It makes me sick that he won't be there.
  7. YES! I think we move 3 or 3.5 up!
  8. Oh I know you guys are joking.
  9. Tek- why all the hostility towards an innocent Yankee fan?
  10. f***! Why don't they just call it. But we won so, YAY! lol ( now don't kill me)
  11. I agree and Brad Pitt looked mighty fine.
  12. Ugh I hate the damn rain, but we win when its humid so bring it on!
  13. Holy crap, that will be reaching NYC any time.
  14. Sorry Tex, lol. But you can see it this way, your 1000th post was in response to a Yankee fan.
  15. What's the score? Yankees game is 6-2 Yanks.
  16. Its funny the things you guys say, personally I like the back and forth banter. I mean this is a Red Sox board and it would be kind of weird if you guys were nice, lol. So keep it coming, I love this board!
  17. The subway series( during the regular season) in my opinion means nothing. By ass holes I meant Schilling, I don't like him not because of the ALCS ( the Sox won it fair and square) the fact that he has an opinion on everything. By insults I mean being called an idiot, moron, hermaphrodite, some may have not been directed at me, but fellow Yankee fans.
  18. I think both fan bases are alike, more than we would like to think. We both have fans who are arrogant, we both have players that are ass holes, and we both constantly take shots at each other. IT WILL NEVER END, and I don't want it too. It gives life to a long season, when the two teams face each other its exciting. Yea the Evil Empire ( not Yankee Nation, ewww) will be cocky, and I think that is the attitude that has surrounded our team and city for a long time. Can Red Sox Nation be ass holes, yea as much as my brethren. As long as we understand that its a game, no one should feel bad about a little heckling. We are the fans that should complain the less ( damn it we have won over the years) and I know that generations of Red Sox fans have suffered, I don't understand the whining from Yankee fans . For the first time ( may be the last, lol) I agree with Red Sox fans stop it . So what we lost the ALCS!? You guys deserve it, does that mean I like it hell no! And Met fans talking s***?! I mean come on they haven't been in contention to win anything, they should shut up. I don't consider them a NYC team, lol. So bring on the insults, ( idiot which I find to be a term of endearment, moron, etc.) GO SOX! lol
