  1. I'd say he deserved one simply for how s***** his life was for a while. Cubs fans treated the guy like garbage instead of focusing on how badly their team performed following that play. Alou may or may not have caught that ball, but the Cubs gave up 8 runs after that, and then lost the next game. Anyone who thought that was Bartman's fault is an idiot.
  2. Porcello gets a well deserved win. Sure can't complain about 5.1 big innings , 6 scorching k's, and just 5 runs and one measly dinger. Our cy younger ace is back! Well, maybe not. A porcello start is like a box of chocolates.

Yep. Halfway through, you start to feel sick to your stomach.

  3. An umpire told Adrian Beltre to get in the on-deck circle, so he picked up the circle and brought it to where he was standing. He got ejected.

That might be the funniest thing I have ever seen in baseball. I just watched the video, and some guy in the front row of seats was laughing so hard he could barely breathe. Even the umpire who ejected him looked like he was trying not to smile.

  4. I was going to warn you all about a loss today. Yesterday, we had double at the game mojo on our side with YOTN and me at the game. My Fenway record this year is 3-0 and over the last 2 years I think that I am at 8-2. YOTN has a phenomenal Fenway record. Honestly, his Lifetime Fenway record is so good that he should start a GoFund Me page to send him to the games. Yesterday, the Blue Jays had no shot even though we ran the bases like idiots and Pedroia made an error. Today, they were doomed without the mojo.

21 and 2, baby! I was thinking about it earlier today, too, and I think almost half of those wins have been against Toronto. For some reason they always end up being the team playing when I get tickets.

  5. Lol. Imagine the shame of losing on a walk-off walk.

    Lulz.

I can't remember the details off the top of my head, but I believe the Braves won a postseason series on a walk-off walk. I want to say it was to Andruw Jones. I don't remember the pitcher, but I think it was the Mets.

  6. Our cute backup 2b lost us this game while our starter is playing full games in the minors. Maybe we activate our all star 2b before tomorrow Cash, you f***wit?

Seriously? Your backup 2B bobbled the ball after there were already two men on with no one out, in scoring position. If you want to blame this on anyone, blame it on the guy who fielded both infield hits. Or the catcher who was behind the plate for the double steal. Or the pitcher who couldn't record an out. The Sox had a guy on third with no one out. What were the odds that they wouldn't at least score the tying run even without the error?
