    In the grand scheme of things "big stage" and "big games" and the like mean nothing in a person's career. World Championship rings and s*** like that aren't what a person did individually in their career. Depends mainly on their surroundings. Postseason shouldn't even matter in a discussion like this

    I became a fan in 2003. I was a football fan growing up, never payed attention to baseball except for the Mcguire-Sosa 60 homer season. I thought it was boring. Then when I was in High School I was in ROTC and they had a trip to Fenway for cheap so I brought a ticket and went just for the hell of it cause I heard how cool Fenway was. Sox lost that day with wakefield pitching to the Twins. Either way I thought it was great and became automatically hooked.

    I understand this is a matter of opinion, but Schilling? Really? Yeah he had 2 good post seasons and has that 2004 "clutch" game, but he only played here for a few years and was dominant for 1, maybe 2 of them. In the grand scheme of things Pedro was the all around better pitcher. He was doing things that blew people's minds. Hell, for a time I would of taken him over schilling in any big game.

    haha, I wasn't serious at all. It's been 3 games. I am not concerned one bit. The Orioles are 4-0, We're 0-3, The Yankees were 0-3 and won 114 games before, and this is the first series. I see nothing to be worried about. Come May if things are like this then I'd be worried.

    Thing is, this team sucks. Everyone expected it to be better but in actuality the team isn't. Sure there were big name acquisitions, but the upgrades those acquisitions make are minimal. The rotation is a crap shoot and the bullpen is a giant question mark. It will be a struggle all this season just like last year, and we'll be lucky to come out on top. It may be april 4th, and there may be 159 games left but every game counts. They've had all spring to get their s*** together and they obviously haven't. It's a shame. a 200 million dollar rebuilding year is ahead
