  1. Papelbon's. Look it up on ESPN
  2. He said the only reason he wants to close is because it's what he's used to, and it's part of his competitive spirit. He wanted Rivera to close. And yes we are gonna give you that Yankee Fans are classless ********, because most of you are. Only a bunch of classless f***s boo players from other teams at an all star game, and threaten a players pregnant wife. And A-Rod get's all the ******** that should come to him. He's a lying cheating scumbag. He deserves his divorce and he deserves s*** if it's thrown at him. Yeah there is a rivalry and blah blah blah but seriously it's being taken so far it's insane.
  3. Woah I never heard of this guy, but so far I really like it
  4. Am I the only one who's disappointed with the lineup? I know they are all great players, but honestly in the Home Run Derby I want to see real big names, big strong dudes who can hit mile long homers. I'm gonna miss the days of Sammy Sosa, Barry Bonds, Ken Griffey and such. These guys just don't do it for me this year. Why no Ryan Howard, or ALbert Pujols, or Vlad Guerrero, or Jim Thome, or hell, even Jason Giambi?
  5. Oh well. It doesn't concern me. With his age anyway I'd be just as comfortable with a rotation of Beckett, Dice-K, Jon Lester, Tim Wakefield, and Clay Bucholz, or something.
  6. lmao, that was great. I always expected him to flip out like that, he always had way too much energy
  7. Damn so i guess this means no chance of Trot returning. Oh well. I can't wait to see how casey does
  8. So it's fine to give multiyear contracts to older players, like Damon? No wonder they suck. At least this was a smart idea instead of signing another 33 year old to a 4 year 45 million dollar deal...
  9. Do it. I hate the f***.
  10. haha nice to see you guys still here! I've been pretty good. I don't know why I ever left this place, but I'm gonna start posting again.
  11. I doubt most of you remember me. Sup?
  12. Oh god. Bring back Edgar.
  13. I read a book about the yankees once where one player said that he wished george steinbrenner would get into a plane crash. I just remembered that and find it funny.
  14. Gom, It doesn't make sense to ask that question right now. It's only October and no moves have been made to even think about next season.
  15. I still don't get why they got rid of Ron Jackson, he was a well liked guy who helped out guys alot. Now they got a guy fired from a team in the middle of the season? please.
  16. sign bullpen pitchers who can strike guys out and not walk much, and also get a heavy hitting infielder maybe?
  17. Why get pissed about that article? It's his opionion, so whatever. I don't think he is speaking for anyone, he just thinks people will boo. Big f***ing deal. Oh, and Gammons happens to be right about how Boston always dwells and is unforgiving. Good proof would be how some of you react to the article.
  18. I don't have anything against Tavarez. I think if used properly, he could be good, but seeing as Francona is an idiot, that won't happen.
  19. In a game against the Royals pokey had a homer over the monster and then an inside the park homer. But for awhile he was batting like .250 or above, but after getting injured his average went down alot. I love Pokey, he was just cool.
  20. f*** YEAH!!! So if the score stays the same until the end of the game do i win an extra 200?
  21. IT's the end of the 3rd quater, 10-14. Did i just win 50 bucks?
  22. Thats an awesome idea. But, it would be kinda hard seeing as we already have 3 ML catchers, Tek, Flaherty, and Josh Bard.
