the Yankees won't start sucking again, so i'll be here. you think your teams problems are over since you won a game, Ya know you can't lose them all either. That was the only time I wasn't here. I've been here the whole time. You just choose to think I was here when we are winning.

come on you guys have my permission to take all the shots you want to me. I'm sorry if I'm happy that my baseball team who's struggled this year finally gets into 1st place when everyone even most of the media wrote them off this year. Was I comfortable with a 1/2 game lead? No but, I'm still happy, can't win every game. was a hell of a ballgame. No you would be in first place so you would not be in the wild card standings. actually right now were tied with the Twins who would have the tiebreaker over us, So I was wrong. Hard to keep up with all these tight races.

Like I said in the other thread that's what its like when 3 teams are in 1/2 game of each other. With all kidding aside it makes a very exciting race this year. Just like you guys though, The Yankees arn't going away anytime soon.

well that's usually what happens when 3 teams are within 1/2 game of each other. Orioles may join you in 1st place. They lead in the 9th 3-2. well we lead in the wildcard. Could change again tommorow.

What the f*** ever dude. YOU don't have room to talk about chocking in a big spot. We did it once and you had 86 years of it. Do you really think that erases 86 years of choking? Buckner, Boone, Babe, Bucky. Hell Wade Boggs and Roger Clemens had to go away just to win a damn title. You brought home the girl once in 86 years and we have brought her 26 times in over 100 years. You do the math! Yes we choked, it was embarrassing, but we have put it behind us and are moving forward unlike the Sox fans who keep reliving last year. Beleive me everyone will forget about 2004(except for Sox fans) when the World Series is over this year.

Sorry I didn't mean to offend anyone. I just wanted that to sink in for everyone who wrote us off for this year. I didn't mean the whole world I guess I should have said the baseball world. I've taken a lot of crap for our dismal play earlier in the year, I just wanted to rub it in a little. Just for the sake of the rivarly.

Yes I've made a few, but he's made more. here's a word to the wise just stay out of this this a personal argument with Tex that's been going on a little while. I've quite enjoyed it actually. I understand you wanting to stick up for your fellow Sox fan, actually I commend you for it.

Your full of s***. because everyone knows if the Red Sox had won that series you would be rubbing it in our faces. So don't give me this s*** that Boston fans wouldn't put a lotta stake in winning a series at home against the Yankees. I can't think of any thing tougher right now with the way our starters are on the DL and us going to Fenway and pretty much whipping your asses in 3 games. We made Schilling look like a Rookie in Single A. We made your ace look pitiful. We made your precious Knuckleballer our bitch. Hell Al Leiter made Ortiz flail away with his bat looking like he was trying to fly. If it wasn't tougher than that in the regular season don't know what is.
